Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 10 february 2019 are required by the legal personal representative zolene sue raguse of c/- birman & ride of level 3, 16 irwin street, perth wa 6000 to send particulars of their claim to her by the date one month from the publication date after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
