Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the above mentioned deceased, who died on 23 june 2020, are required by the administrator of her estate, graeme robert langenbach of 47b doney street, alfred cove, western australia 6154 to send particulars of their claims to him within thirty-one days of the publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
