It is hereby notified for public information that the Governor, on behalf of His Majesty the King, has approved the retention of the title βHonourableβ by the Hon Justice Jennifer Smith, who retired as an Auxiliary Judge of the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 4 June 2026.
