The council of the City of Kwinana resolved on 27 June 2022 to make the following local law under the powers conferred on it by the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law is the City of Kwinana Waste Local Law 2022 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district.
