Sean Kimberley L’estrange, Minister for Mines and Petroleum, delegates powers under the Offshore Minerals Act 2003 and related regulations to specified employees of the Department of Mines and Petroleum, revoking the previous delegation dated 21 April 2011. The instrument does not prevent the Minister from exercising these powers, and the delegates cannot further delegate these powers.
