Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26 february 2021, are required by the executor of the estate, barbara ann kester, to send particulars of their claims to her care of wallis legal, po box 90, margaret river, western australia by 31 august 2021, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
