Notice made by the minister under section 130 of the act, citing the taxation administration (pre-enactment provisions determination) notice (no. 2) 2025. Clauses 3 to 11 and 13 to 15 of the relevant amending bill are pre-enactment provisions for the purposes of the taxation administration act 2003 section 133. The taxation administration (pre-enactment provisions determination) notice 2025 is revoked.
