Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) on the estate of leonard richard hawke, late of 43 smith st, furnissdale, western australia, fibreglass manufacturer, deceased, who died on 11 march 2024, are required by the executors, nathan richard hawke and alan patrick hawke, care of bespoke wills and estates lawyers, suite 6, 14 main street, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month of the publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
