These regulations amend the Dangerous Sexual Offenders Regulations 2018. They prescribe matters for terms used in the Act, including qualified psychologists and serious sexual offences. The regulations specify corresponding offences between the WA Criminal Code and the Crimes Acts of the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales, as well as the Commonwealth Criminal Code.
