Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 10 december 2009, are required by the personal representative robert edward downsborough, c/- lynn & brown lawyers, [contact details redacted] their claims to him by the 16 march 2020, after which date personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
