In accordance with Regulation 49(2)(c) of the Mining Regulations 1981, notice is hereby given that the following licence is liable to forfeiture under the provision of Section 96(1)(a) of the Mining Act 1978 for breach of covenant, being failure to comply with the prescribed tenement conditions.
