Notice to Pedro Henrique Hugentobler regarding uncollected goods: a 7.9m yacht, Boat Registration Number 78707, HIN AU-TWA023549BE4, known as ‘Eyesea’, situated at Pen K16, K Jetty, Hillarys Boat Harbour, Hillarys WA 6025. Unless redelivery is taken within 1 month, the Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Transport intends to apply to the Court for an order to sell or dispose of them.
