Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on the 7th day of January 2022 at Albany in the said state are required by the executor Robert Stockdale to send particulars of their claims to David Moss & Co of [contact details redacted] of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which he has then had notice.
