Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustee act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on [contact details redacted] of western australia, are required by the personal representative, being alan michael brook to send particulars of their claims to care of brook legal, [contact details redacted] 30 days of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
