Wayne Silver, Inspector, approves the temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations for Albany Cycling Club Inc. time trials on Frenchman Bay Road, City of Albany. Suspends regulations 50 and 130(2) of the Road Traffic Code 2000 under specific conditions. Events held on 20 Oct, 27 Oct, 3 Nov, 17 Nov, 24 Nov, and 1 Dec 2018.
