Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Thomas Baillie, late of 14 Budjan Approach, Dawesville, Western Australia are required to send particulars of their claims to George Baillie, 17 Dugan Street Deakin ACT 2600 on or before 6 november 2022 after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
