Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 9 april 2022, are required by the trustee, peter eric george head of 83 waterperry drive, canning vale in the state of western australia, to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month of the date of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which he then has notice.
