Stephanie Margaret Mayman, having been nominated by the Minister for Commerce and Industrial Relations for appointment under the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 section 6(2)(a) as a member and chairperson of the Commission for Occupational Safety and Health, is appointed to hold office under that provision for a term of 3 years beginning on the day on which this instrument is made.
