Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20th may 2023 are requested by the executrix, cherrie fauntleroy of [contact details redacted] their claims within 30 days from the date of this notice, after which date the executrix may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
