This instrument is the Shark Bay Prawn Managed Fishery Management Plan Amendment 2018. The amendments in this instrument are to the Shark Bay Prawn Limited Entry Fishery Notice 1993. Clause 1 is amended to cite the plan as the Shark Bay Prawn Managed Fishery Management Plan 1993. Clause 2 is amended by deleting and inserting definitions. Clause 3 is replaced to declare the Shark Bay Prawn Managed Fishery as a limited entry fishery. Clause 4 is replaced regarding prohibition on fishing for prawns.
