Notice is given that the following gas distribution licence has been transferred— licensee: Supagas Pty Limited abn 50 074 008 496 business address: 5 Benson Road, Ingleburn, NSW 2565 classification: Distribution licence (GDL9, Version 13) transfer date: 2 December 2024 term of licence: Up to and including 9 July 2042 supply area: Coastal, Great Southern and Goldfields-Esperance gas supply areas in the state of Western Australia as shown in plan era-gas-009(b) inspection of licence: Economic Regulation Authority 4th Floor, Albert Facey House 469 Wellington Street Perth wa 6000.
