Amends the City of Swan Consolidated Local Laws 2005 by deleting Henley Brook Bridle Trail from Schedule 12.6.

Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Swan resolved on 14 December 2022 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited at the City of Swan Consolidated Amendment Local Law 2023. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the City of Swan Consolidated Local Laws 2005. In Schedule 12.6 delete Henley Brook Henley Brook Bridle Trail.
