Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 22 December 2021 and published in the Government Gazette dated 28 January 2022 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 21 December 2025.
