Notice is given that on 17 october 2023, the governor, acting under section 168 of the act and with the advice and consent of executive council, ordered that the exemption given to digital diagnostics imaging pty limited and crystal eye clinic (wa) pty limited under section 164 be revoked. This revocation ensures digital diagnostics imaging pty limited and crystal eye clinic (wa) pty limited are no longer part of healius limited's exempt employer approval.
