Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates are required by the executor, Lenise Anne Ansell, to send particulars of their claim to [contact details redacted] by no later than one (1) month from the date of publication hereof after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
