The salaries and allowances tribunal has issued a determination to reflect the dual ceo appointments at the city of karratha and the pilbara regional council. The determination of the salaries and allowances tribunal issued on 10 april 2018 under section 7a and 7b(2) of the salaries and allowances act 1975, as amended from time to time, is hereby varied by a further determination set out below. A person who holds a dual appointment of the ceo of the city of karratha and the pilbara regional council, shall be entitled to receive a trp range equivalent to the band 1 range ($247,896-$375,774).
