Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 14 march 2021, at hyden in the said state are required by the administrator michelle halliday c/- 45 duke street, albany, western australia to send particulars of their claims to david moss & co of po box 5744, albany w.a. 6332 by the date one month following the publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which the administrator then had notice.
