Graham Thomas McGinley, Glen Michael McGinley and Terence Herbert McGinley are the administrators of the estate of Shane Ronald McGinley, late of 53 Goldsmith Street, South Bunbury in the State of Western Australia who died on 7 July 2021. Donald Kevin McGinley (also known as Kevin McGinley), Ayline (or Ayleen) McGinley and Wayne Keith McGinley if living are beneficiaries of the estate under the Administration Act 1903 (WA). Let Donald Kevin McGinley (also known as Kevn McGinley), Ayline (or Ayleen) McGinley and Wayne Keith McGinley or any person claiming through them if they are deceased, or any other person claiming to have an interest in the estate of Shane Ronald McGinley, give notice in writing to the administrators of the estate via their solicitors Peel Legal of Post Office Box 1995, Mandurah, Western Australia or by email to [email protected] by 30 August 2024. If such notice is not received by that date, the estate of Shane Ronald McGinley will be distributed and the claim of Donald Kevin McGinley (also known as Kevin McGinley), Ayline (or Ayleen) McGinley and Wayne Keith McGinley and any person entitled to claim through them will be disregarded.
