Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the said deceased, who died on 17 april 2019, are required by the executor carole nelson to send particulars of their claims to her by 8 january 2020, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
