Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of graham geoffrey rees, late of 1 sulphur cove, stratton, western australia, deceased, who was found deceased on 28 march 2025, are required by the lawful appointed administrator of the estate of the deceased, john ashley rees, care of bespoke wills and estates lawyers, suite 6, 14 main street, osborne park, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month of the publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
