I, Anthony Thomas Bullen, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby vary the land designated S19/158, originally declared exempt from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978 on 1 June 2001 and published in the Government Gazette dated 22 June 2001, by adding the additional area of land described in this instrument.
