Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of Heather Margaret Jane Brown, who died on 27 June 2025, are required by the trustee, Wendy Anne Kelly, to send particulars of their claims to her by 28 August 2026, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she has notice.
