I, Jackie Jarvis, Minister for Fisheries, Western Australia, hereby give notice under section 97(9) of the Fish Resources Management Act 1994 that I have granted two aquaculture leases to Byssal Pty Ltd (ACN 687 279 616) at sites within Kwinana Grain Terminal and Southern Flats, Cockburn Sound for a term ending 31 May 2026. Details of the lease are available from the register maintained by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Perth.
