In the estate of Margaret Jean Robins late of 7 Vaucluse Avenue, Claremont, Western Australia, Potter, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on the 8th of September 2021 are required by the personal representative Natalie Emma Serls of 22 Cordite Circuit, Byford, Western Australia 6122 to send particulars of their claims to her by the 28th day of May 2023 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
