Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 17 december 2021, are required by the executor of the estate, stephen dexter crooks of care of gg legal, po box 61, south fremantle, western australia 6162 to send particulars of their claims to him at the address stated herein within 30 days of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
