Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 02/02/2025, are required by the administrator of the estate Robert Edmund Poglits, to send particulars of their claim to 16 Cooliabberra Drive, Mount Richon, Western Australia 6112 within one month of the publication date of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which it then has notice.
