In the matter of the estate of Norman Ferdinando Staveley Gough, late of 15a moonstone place, gosnells, western australia, retired real estate agent, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 05 april 2023, are required by the executor, colin douglas smith, c/- 4 burford place, canning vale wa, 6155 to send particulars of their claims to him at the address herein within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
