Creditors and any other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 21 july 2020, are required by the executor, rachael fort, to send particulars of their claim to 18 kingsland loop, canning vale, western australia 6155, within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
