This instrument declares the land identified on Office of the Coordinator General Map Number 001 and in Annexure 1 to be the Western Trade Coast State Development Area. It outlines objectives for economic development, strategic industrial development, and infrastructure provision, and authorizes the Western Australian Planning Commission to make improvement schemes under the Planning and Development Act 2005. The declaration considers the Act's objects and has Premier's approval.
