Under the powers conferred by the Cat Act 2011, the Local Government Act 1995 and all other powers enabling it, the Council of the City of Wanneroo resolved on 21 November 2023 to make the following local law: City of Wanneroo Cats Local Law 2023. This local law comes into operation on the fourteenth day after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette.
