Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person, who died on 22 september 2019, are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate, being chan seng woo of 1 ludford street, balcatta, western australia 6021, to send particulars of their claims to the address stated herein within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
