These regulations amend various commerce-related regulations, including those pertaining to architects, auction sales, building, building services, construction contracts, co-operatives, debt collectors, electricity, employment agents, gas standards, land valuers, motor vehicle dealers, motor vehicle repairers, occupational safety and health, plumbers, real estate and business agents, residential tenancies, and settlement agents. The amendments primarily concern fees and charges.
