Any person having any claim upon the estate of Terrissa Anne Smith, late of 10 Baudin Way, Singleton, Western Australia, who died on 23 November 2021, must send particulars of the claim to the legal representative for the estate, care of Tanya Marie Wellburn, 39 Stacey Rise, Lake Clifton, Western Australia 6215, or by email to [email protected] within 30 days from publication of this notice. After that time and after 6 months from the date of death of the deceased, the legal representative intends to distribute the property in the estate having regards only to the claims of which the legal representative had notice at the time of distribution.
