Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 26 september 2017, are required by jk legal of [contact details redacted] their claim to [contact details redacted] this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which it then has notice.
