In the matter of viola gallagher, late of 19 bulimba road, nedlands, western australia, deceased. creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 april 2023, are required by the executors and trustees of her estate, william joseph cockle and susan anne farnham, to send particulars of their claims to them of c/- cockle solicitors, po box 32, north fremantle wa 6159 within thirty-one (31) days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
