Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25 october 2024, are required by the executor, monique geddes, of 3/4 mountjoy road, nedlands, wa 6009, to send particulars of their claim within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
