City of Kwinana makes the Animal, Environment and Amenity Local Law 2024 under the Local Government Act 1995. The local law addresses keeping of animals, vermin control, nuisances, unsightly land, stormwater management, hazardous materials, and building site management. It repeals several previous local laws related to pigeons, piggeries, horses, urban environment, bee keeping and health.
