Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Town of Cottesloe resolved on 27 February 2024 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Town of Cottesloe Dogs Amendment Local Law 2024. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the Town of Cottesloe Dogs Local Law as published in the Government Gazette on 4 August 2023.
