Jared Andrew Barnett, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 5 November 2018 and published in the Government Gazette dated 16 November 2018 for the area described (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 4 November 2026.
