Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates in respect of the estate of mr wayne stirling negus, late of 10b philip road, dalkeith, western australia who died on 10 september 2016 are required by the executor, ms jennifer porter, to send particulars of any claim addressed to the executor of the estate of the late wayne stirling negus, c/- 10b philip road, dalkeith wa 6009, on or before the expiration of one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the executor has notice.
